Licence Condition
The licensee is to carry out an assessment to determine the source of high VOC concentrations being emitted from the TNT Nitration Scrubber Stack (EPL monitoring point 27) and determine additional controls and/or emission treatment methods required to bring VOC emissions in line with EPL monitoring limits.
The licensee must prepare and submit a report to the EPA that includes the findings from the assessment, as required by condition U3.1, as well as a detailed summary of the proposed solution. The report is to be submitted to the Regional Manager, Riverina Far West at riverina.farwest@epa.nsw.gov.au by no later than 1 December 2019.
